7.18.25 ~ A Spiritual Sandwich

Good morning!

Welcome to the 48th day of counting towards the first fruit of the vine!

Currently, we are in a 21 day period known as the 'Dire straits'; a spiritual sandwich. On Yahweh's calendar it's the dates between the 17th of Tammuz  (the fourth month) and the 9th of Av (the fifth month), which are both part of the fast days in Zechariah 8:19.

“Thus says the LORD of hosts:
‘The fast of the fourth month,
The fast of the fifth,
The fast of the seventh,
And the fast of the tenth,
Shall be joy and gladness and cheerful feasts
For the house of Judah.
Therefore love truth and peace.’
(Zech. 8:19)

During these 21 days, spiritual intensity is up! Emotional realities are being tested on every intersection of life. And it's manifesting itself in the daily physical realities  (Eccl. 1:9).

As always, keep your eyes on the prize. Be encouraged. Look beyond the current circumstances (Heb. 12:1-3). Strive for the prize of the High Calling (Phill 3:14-17). Whatever you do, do all to the glory of God (1 Cor. 13:31). Abide in the vine. Bear good fruit that lasts and the reward will be beyond your wildest dreams (John 15:1-7).

As you head into your preparation day, keep your head on a swivel. Look for opportunities to help and always move towards the goal of your calling no matter what the circumstances.

You are prayed for daily and on every remembrance (Phil. 1;3).

Good morning! The offerings/korbanot were indeed a source of joy and favor every time they were brought to the Temple or Tabernacle. For instance, when the Temple was being dedicated under Solomon's kingship, they had this incredible feast. The nation feasted on these thanksgiving and peace offerings; 22,000 oxen and 120,000 sheep and goats (2 Chron. 7:5; 1 King. 8:63) and the glory of the Lord, as with the Tabernacle in Exodus 40, filled the Temple (2 Chron. 7:2). 9.24.25 ~ 10 Days of Too Wonderful

Good morning! A couple of weeks ago I had share with you some thoughts about four concepts in scripture that are too wonderful. 6.8.25 ~ Are You in the Know?

Good morning! Today, we will leave dear people here in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, after 8 great days of study, prayer, and health related instructions :-)! On this 8th day of counting towards the first fruit of the wine, we continue our journey on how to intimately abide in the True Vine (Jn. 15:1-8). This morning I want to share with you a very familiar verse in Hosea 4:6 to continue our theme. Over the years I have heard the first half of this verse quoted, but 99% of the time I have never heard the second half of the verse quoted. "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge/da'at (1st part).
